I finished my piece for Inspire Me Thursday late yesterday evening. This is what I came up with. So much fun! There’s a mini pompom glued to the tip of the hat that adds a bit of whimsy to the final project. The smaller yellow flowers were done with a plastic cork from a bottle of wine, I like the way it put centers in the flowers. I finished them off with doodle dots in yellow ink, and just a hint of orange. I hope to find some mini twigs to add to this so the flower looks more “nested” in. Now I’m off to plan dinner and work on Illustration Friday’s challenge this week – Island.
