Prayers of Pink

I finished the pink prayer journal this weekend and am quite pleased with how it turned out. The center picture is hand drawn and watercolored. Faith, Hope, and Love are rubberstamps that I watercolored. The back has a decorative element as well of a cherub faux stamp.

I’ve also finished another art journal page with Egyptian make up as my theme. This was a quick project done with sharpies and watercolor pencil. I downloaded and printed some hieroglyphics to spell out the words “Make Up” on the sides of the mounted eye. Next I think I’ll try a different made up eye, maybe a fairy. =) Happy Monday! October is right around the corner and I’m very excited about putting out my Halloween decorations. Stay warm, the air is getting chilly!
