No pictures to share today as daylight escaped before I had a chance to catch my latest creations on film. I finished 2 pieces that I was doing on ceramic tiles. I was using the technique taught in Taking Flight by Kelly Rae Roberts, and they turned out wonderfully. I’ll take snapshots tomorrow and post them for all to see. I also did a bit of painting on a piece I wood-burned yesterday and it’s turning out rather nicely. It’s a colorful angel and flower. I spent the majority of the day doing housework, washing, vacuuming, changing the sheets on our king sized bed, and cleaning the kitchen. Lots of work got done and a tiny bit of art was thrown in for stress release. Backgrounds are still a challenge to me but who’s not up for a good challenge now and then! It’s growing pains I tell ya! I have a new book on my wishlist ~ I learned my moneys worth from the Taking Flight so I think this one would be a good investment as well. What supplies and books are on your wishlist for Christmas?
