Painting on smaller canvases. I had my dad cut up some smaller pieces of Birch for me so I could attempt doing mini paintings along side of my larger ones. This was a fun challenge to downsize after learning so hard to make images that are approx. 9×11. These mini’s are just over a hair over 5×6 so they are perfect for a small table easel or a grouping. Now I need to buy some hangers for them. =) I’m still working on side pieces for my class at Willowing and look forward to our next coming class this Saturday! It feels good to be back at the easel after such a long bout with the flu. I’m still rather weak and wondering if sinus infection might be to blame.. grr! More OJ for me! I’ll be back here tomorrow.
