♥ Squash Blossom ♥
It’s that time of year when zucchini are bursting forth in full force. Some are getting huge in size so be sure to check your gardens daily! I don’t have a garden where I live right now. We are renting and we have no yard. It’s all trees, and bark, and twigs, and leaves – oh my! The back deck has some planters on it but things aren’t doing so well this year. They are however growing like weeds in my art journal! I just LOVE the zucchini blossom. They are so very delicate and fragile. They are the perfect tribute to the end of summer. The fact that they are edible just makes them more decedent. Now I’m just making myself hungry. /Blerg! Have a great remainder of your Saturday and I hope your Labor Day weekend is Labor-less! She looks fresh, and juicy, and perfectly content…I love her…
